They are one of the most famous rival characters in mecha anime. To see them playing in the same show unrelates to Gundam is kinda surprising.

In Detective conan he plays a three faced character
his real name in the anime is Furuya Rei
and his alias is Amuro Tooru, so I guess the character was created with this voice actor in mind, I never knew that both his names in the anime had real connection to his real name and a character he got famous for hahha
